Our commitment
SQEPtech wants everyone to be able to use this website and the eSQEP Competency Intelligence platform, whatever their ability, device or assistive technology. We design and build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
Many of our clients are public sector bodies with their own duties under the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018. We build eSQEP so it helps them meet those duties.
What you can expect
- Navigate the whole site and platform using a keyboard only
- Use a screen reader, with headings, labels and landmarks that make sense
- Zoom to 400% without content being cut off or overlapping
- Read text with enough colour contrast, and never rely on colour alone to understand status
- Turn off animation through your device's reduced motion setting
- Use eSQEP on desktop, tablet and phone
Known limitations
Some older PDF documents, such as earlier policies, may not be fully accessible. If you need a document in another format, ask us and we'll provide it.
Content from third parties, such as embedded videos or partner systems connected to eSQEP, may not meet the same standard. We tell our partners when we find a problem.
Feedback and contact
If you find something you can't use, or you need information in a different format such as large print, easy read or audio, email contact@sqeptech.com or call +44 1625 813 664. Tell us the page or screen and what went wrong. We'll reply within five working days.
If you use eSQEP through your employer, you can also raise it with your own system administrator, who can pass it to our support team.
How we test
We check new features for accessibility as part of development, using automated tools alongside manual keyboard and screen reader checks. We review this statement at least once a year.
